1. Services

AFFINA CRM provides cloud-based customer relationship management software, automation tools, AI-powered insights, communication features, reporting, and integrations.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality, protecting your login credentials, and all activities performed using your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use AFFINA for unlawful activities
  • Upload malicious software
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Interfere with platform operations
  • Reverse engineer the software
  • Violate applicable laws

4. Customer Data

You are responsible for ensuring that all data uploaded into AFFINA is accurate and that you have the necessary rights and permissions to process such data.

5. AI Features

AI-generated recommendations are provided for informational purposes only. Customers remain responsible for all business decisions made using AI-generated outputs.

6. Integrations

AFFINA supports integrations with third-party platforms. Availability and functionality of third-party integrations may change without notice based on the policies and APIs of those providers.

7. Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.

8. Subscription & Billing

Subscription fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are governed by the selected pricing plan. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, trademarks, designs, documentation, and content related to AFFINA remain the exclusive property of the company. Customers retain ownership of their own business data.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AFFINA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the platform.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws. Customers may terminate their subscriptions according to their subscription agreement.

12. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
